As many of our patients travel in from across the country and all over the world, we do offer a special consultation process which allows you to schedule a consult and procedure all in one trip, pending if you are an approved candidate.
Patient Education
A phone call with our Patient Educator will be conducted prior to your in office consultation to walk through expectations, educate regarding the procedure, post operative care, cost, financing options, travel requirements, and answer any additional questions. Thus, not only preparing you for the in office consultation, but personalizing the experience!
Pre-Operative Communication
There will be multiple scheduled touch points of communication prior to your travels to discuss pre and post operative protocols and answer questions to prepare for surgery.
Travel
There are two different airports that fly into Dallas – Dallas Lovefield (15 minutes) and DFW (30 minutes) from our office. For a list of hotel and additional Dallas recommendations during your stay please see our recommendations below.
In-Office Consultation
Conducted on a Wednesday, you will meet with Dr Adams and our team for your physical examination. During this assessment, 3D imaging will be simulated, and surgery details confirmed.
Surgery Day
Taken place the following day, Thursday, all preliminary arrangements have been completed, and it is now time for surgery. All procedures take place at the fully accredited, Park Cities Surgery Center with a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist, conveniently located in the same building as our office.
After Care
We will want to see you in our office the next day for a post operative appointment before returning home. Important aftercare instructions will be discussed as well as future appointments.
