A collection of post-operative pictures has been included in this site for viewing. Dr. Adams uses all implant types and selects implants based on what is optimal for a individual patient. Twenty-four (24) hour recovery is routine for 95% of Dr. Adams' breast augmentation patients.

28-year-old female with minimal breast tissue desires a modest increase in breast size. An anatomic (teardrop) shaped implant was chosen based on her chest dimensions and desires. Postoperatively she has obtained her desired natural, fuller breast shape.

21 yo female; 5’4”, 110 lbs after augmentation with mastopexy (peri-areolar only) using 300cc round saline implant.
43-year-old female with lost breast volume and ptosis (sagging). Corrected with subpectoral round implant and minimal scar breast lift (short scar mastopexy).
